Teena Sirohi

Chief Executive Officer

Teena Sirohi founded FedScale in 2013 to provide federal, state, and enterprise clients with optimal technology solutions. She has many years of experience and successes with government contracts management, government solution design, Federal Acquisition Regulations and the North American Industry Classification System. At FedScale, she applies expertise in contracts management, program management, systems analysis and process development, improvement and controls. She is known for her expertise in developing new concepts and programs with the keen ability to analyze, prioritize, and plan creative solutions focusing on improved competitiveness, profitability, and productivity.



Summit Sirohi

President

Summit Sirohi leads business development for FedScale. He has extensive experience in the federal, DoD, Civilian, and healthcare sectors. He has insight to help clients develop effective and scalable solution architecture, cyber security, cloud orchestration, continuous monitoring, network engineering, infrastructure management, and storage as a service. He applies more than 20 years of experience with government programs in his work for all FedScale clients. He is committed to identifying the best technology solutions for every customer. He has specific expertise in capture strategy and management, innovation strategy, and requirements building.



Charles (Keith) Barbaccia

Chief Operating Officer

Keith Barbaccia joined FEDSCALE in early 2019 to serve as the Chief Operating Officer. Keith possesses over 30 years of experience in business management of professional services gained from directly supporting major defense contractors, such as General Dynamics Information Technology, EDS (HP Enterprise Services), and AT&T Government Solutions. Throughout his career, Keith served in myriad diverse roles of increased levels of responsibility, supporting varied departments including contracts, business development, program management and service delivery. He directly supported the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) for 11 years, managing the Information Technology contracts and personnel required to operate and maintain the intelligence systems at both the headquarters and those deployed into the USCENTCOM area of responsibility. Keith also provided leadership for a number of key organization initiatives, including major contract transitions and establishing an organizational vision and strategy to support the Defense Intelligence Agency’s DoDIIS Enterprise service consolidation efforts. Keith is a veteran of the U.S. Navy Submarine Service where he served as an electronics technician and ship’s diver. During his military service, Keith supported a variety of global deployments and operational missions. Keith holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Technology Management.



Hiep Tran

Senior Vice President

Hiep Tran specializes in the design and implementation of enterprise IT transformations and solutions. He brings to FedScale more than 20 years professional IT consulting and management experience covering a broad spectrum of roles and platforms. He has extensive experience with unified communications, cloud migrations, and IT transformation. He applies knowledge of project leadership, solutions architecture and functional design as he works with each FedScale client to create highly effective results. He has expertise in UCCE/UICM, CVP, CUCM, Unity, Network and Operational Readiness Assessments, LAN/WAN design and implementation, capacity planning, and queuing theory.
