The Senior Networking Engineer will be a key technical leader responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex local, wide area, and cloud networking solutions. This role requires advanced troubleshooting expertise, a deep understanding of networking technologies and cloud platforms, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead architectural and technical solutions for network and cloud networking initiatives.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and Tier 4 support for network-related incidents and problems.
- Collaborate with project teams to design and implement complex networking solutions.
- Work with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) to design and manage cloud networking services (VPCs, subnets, load balancers, VPNs).
- Configure and manage network devices (Cisco, Fortigate, F5) and cloud networking components.
- Create and review change requests, ensuring adherence to ENS change management procedures.
- Monitor and analyze network performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams and technical specifications.
- Identify and recommend network security best practices, and assist in implementing security policies.
- Participate in 24/7 on-call support rotation.
