FedScale Award Notice –
FedScale Inc., a certified 8(a), HUBZone, and Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), has secured a 60-month Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) valued at $4,500,000 with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Office of General Counsel (OGC).
Under this BPA, FedScale will provide Comprehensive Federal Records Management Support to the USDA Office of Information Affairs (OIA), enabling USDA to meet its expanding requirements in information governance, transparency, and compliance.
About the Contract
The BPA establishes a long-term mechanism for USDA to access FedScale’s expertise in records management, compliance, and information lifecycle support. Specifically, FedScale will deliver:
Records Lifecycle Services – capture, governance, storage, and compliant disposition of records.
FOIA and eDiscovery Support – ensuring timely, accurate responses to public and legal information requests.
Process Modernization – integrating federal mandates, automation, and best practices to improve efficiency.
Training and Advisory Services – enabling USDA personnel to sustain compliant records programs.
By leveraging this BPA, USDA OIA will be able to streamline procurement of specialized support services over the next five years, ensuring continuity and scalability as agency requirements evolve.
