We are excited to announce the launch of our new community engagement initiative:
FedScale Cares: Our Commitment to Hunger & Homelessness Elimination.
This program formalizes and expands our support for organizations fighting food insecurity and homelessness. Through FedScale Cares, we will engage as a company—both collectively and individually—to support communities nationwide.
A key component of this initiative is the rollout of our new Volunteer Paid Time Off (PTO) Policy. The policy provides eligible employees with 8 hours of paid volunteer time per calendar year, allowing team members to contribute directly to nonprofits focused on hunger and homelessness.
As we continue to grow as an organization, one of our greatest strengths remains our shared commitment to making a meaningful difference in the communities where we live and work. In honor of National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week 2025, FedScale proudly donated to two organizations doing critical work in their local communities:
- Open Door Food Pantry – Mount Jackson, VA
- Feast Food Pantry – Palm Harbor, FL
These contributions reflect what we value most: compassion, service, and stepping up where help is needed most.
Throughout the year, we will share opportunities for team-wide volunteer days, donation drives, and seasonal outreach.
Together, we aim to increase awareness and support of these vital community services.
