FedScale Award Notice –
FEDSCALE INC. has been awarded a one-year contract valued at $3,018,357.39 by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Rural Development (RD), Strategic Acquisition Division. The purpose of this contract is to provide expert assistance in analyzing, solutioning, developing, and implementing modern data management methods and technologies under the Rural Development Information Management Environment Support (RDIMES) BPA.
This award was made under Full and Open Competition, demonstrating FedScale’s ability to successfully compete in highly technical and competitive environments.
About the Contract
Under this RDIMES task order, FedScale will support USDA Rural Development in advancing its data-driven modernization strategy. Key areas of focus include:
Enterprise Data Management – designing and implementing modern approaches to capture, integrate, and optimize USDA RD’s data assets.
Solution Architecture and Engineering – building scalable, secure, and efficient solutions aligned with USDA’s digital transformation goals.
Modernization of Legacy Systems – transitioning to cloud-native and modernized platforms that improve performance and accessibility.
Innovation & Analytics – enabling USDA RD to make more informed, data-driven decisions that directly impact rural programs and communities.
This effort will help USDA Rural Development improve mission delivery, program transparency, and operational efficiency while aligning with federal mandates for IT modernization and data governance.
